As we know,batteries has many limits on air transportation,in order to make shipping more smoothly,batteries didn\'tincluded in our package

When you install Clock hand, just press down the clock hand to the axis vertically,do not need to twist the hand.

Check three hands,make sure they didn\'t meet each other,first place three hands all point 12 and then adjust wheel gear to current time,when adjust take note that three hands move fluently,if meet split it

Before returning the items, please confirm the return address and the logistics method with us. After you give the items to the logistic company, please send us the tracking number.As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
