Important information: When you insert the batteries all the symbols on the display will briefly light up and you will hear a signal, LCD full display for 2 seconds with beeping.
degC/degF temperature display: The temperature is displayed either in degC or degF. Pressing the ldquo-rdquo button allows you to switch between the individual models.
