Important notes

• Make sure to clean your wall with a dry cloth/towel right before applying, in order to make sure the wall is dust free.
• For newly painted walls please wait at least 3-4 weeks before applying.
• Make sure you apply the decals to a smooth surface, NOT a textured one. It is not recommended stick on the wallpaper.
• For large size wall decals, 2 or more members are needed to do it well.
• Photos are for illustration purposes only, please check indicated size, or choose different sizes in the store.
• Transfer film can be used repeatedly

Step one: Put the transfer film on top of the wall sticker, then scratch the surface of the pattern with a card again and again;

Step two: Cut it into pieces, if necessary. Cut off the extra parts;

Step three:   Peel off the transfer film gently from paper sheet, paste it on the wall, and scratch the surface of the pattern again;  

Step four:   Peel off the transfer film gently from wall sticker.

NOTE:
In case air bubble occurs, poke with a needle;
For large-size wall sticker, 2 or more people are required to stick it perfectly;
Make sure to apply the sticker to a smooth surface, NOT a textured one. It is NOT recommended to stick on the wallpaper.

Warranty and Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it within 30 days for a replacement or money back. Please contact us before you send items back!
• If item is defective in 3 months, we will send you a replacement without extra charge, or offer refund after we receive the defective item.
• If item is defective after 3 months, you can still send it back to us. We will send you a new one after receiving the defective item. But you have to pay the extra shipping fee.

Returns and Replacement Policies

• Buyers should provide enough evidence to prove that products received are not as described, or defective item, wrong item. Buyers should send us at least 2 clear pictures of wrong and defective items in GPEG format. Replacement or refund is available after we received the required pictures from you and our confirmation.
• If item you received is perfect, but you do not want it or need it. Items can be returned to us. Please kindly note that the mailing postage back and forth should be borne by buyers. In addition, all returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with tracking number and specific reason for returned items, as well as your order ID.
• The extra charges and risks occur during returns and replacement of goods, which shall be assumed by the party that causes returns and replacement of goods. If both seller and buyer cause returns and replacement of goods. The extra charges and risks shall be borne by the both parties in accordance with the division of responsibility.

Customs Risk

• The import duties and other taxes occur during customs clearance of goods shall be paid by the buyers.
• If the buyer request to return items due to that the buyer does not know about the import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, the seller is unable to consent to request of return and refund. In addition, the seller reserves the right not to return the delivered items.
• If the goods are detained by customs for the following two cases, the expense and risk shall be borne by the buyer.
• One case is that the importing country restricts the entry of these products into the country.
• Another case is that the regional protection policy causes import duties and other taxes on the import of these products.

Shipping and Delivery Time

• Item Processing Time: The processing time for a specific order varies with the product type and stock status. Mostly, items can be shipped out within 2 to 7 business days. Transit time and Delivery time vary depending on where you\'re located and where your package is coming from, as well as the shipping method. Also, delivery may be delayed for holidays or natural accidents.
• Items are shipped from China by Airmail, normally, reach most of the countries within 15 to 30 business days. And items reach countries like US, Australia within 7 to 25 business days.
